iPhone 12 Pro Max should bring straight sides of iPhone 5 and triple camera with LIDAR sensor of new iPad Pro.
The iPhone 12 Pro Max is expected to revive the design of the iPhone 5 in 2020 – but without the home button. The expectation is that the successor to the iPhone 11 Pro Max will repeat the straight sides of the 2012 Apple cell phone . Other novelties, such as the LIDAR sensor of the iPad Pro, are also expected in the smartphone.
Behind the scenes information came from images and concepts released by the YouTube channel EverythingApplePro . Apparently, the iPhone 12 Pro Max will resume the visual characteristics adopted by Apple in the iPhone 5, iPhone 5S and the first generation of the iPhone SE.
Other visual changes are expected to appear on the next Apple phone. In addition to the straight sides, the iPhone 12 Pro Max should bring a larger screen, 6.7 inches, with notch to house the Face ID sensors. The cell phone may still be thinner than the current generation.
Reinforcements in the triple rear camera set are expected in 2020. In addition to the usual improvements, the smartphone should bring the LIDAR sensor of the new iPad Pro , a component that analyzes environments and objects to improve accuracy in features with augmented reality.
Apple is expected to introduce four phones in 2020 to succeed the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max.
