Qualcomm has officially announced the new Snapdragon 768G with focus on 5G and gaming. The new 768G is said to be a gaming-oriented chip with better performance. We previously reported about the leaked specs of Snapdragon 875.
According to reports, The upcoming Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition will be first equipped with the Snapdragon 768G processor.
The Snapdragon 768G processor supports part of the Snapdragon Elite Gaming feature and uses Qualcomm’s fifth-generation AI engine based on Qualcomm Spectra 355, it can take more than 1 billion color photos and support 4K HDR video Recording; based on Qualcomm 5G PowerSave technology, with all-weather endurance; built on Qualcomm Kyro 475 CPU + sensor hub + X52 5G modem / RF system , supporting millimeter wave and frequency bands below 6GHz.
With the Snapdragon X52 5G Modem-RF System users will peak a download speed of up to 3.7 Gbps and and upload of 1.6 Gbps.
